Overview

About the Project

SenseHire is a large-scale enterprise dashboard and recruitment management UI/UX project designed to simplify hiring workflows, organization management, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and administrative operations through a modern and scalable dashboard experience.

The project was fully designed by me in Figma with a strong focus on enterprise-level usability, clean dashboard architecture, scalable component systems, and role-based user experiences.

Unlike a simple dashboard concept, SenseHire was designed as a complete multi-role platform containing multiple admin systems, recruitment workflows, enterprise management panels, authentication systems, and operational dashboards across different user roles.

The entire project including dashboard architecture, workflow planning, visual systems, and interface design was independently designed by me from scratch using Figma.

Project Scale

Major Dashboard Modules

SenseHire was designed as a large enterprise dashboard ecosystem including multiple dashboard modules and user roles. Each major module contains multiple internal screens and workflows, making the project a large-scale enterprise UI system with dozens of interconnected dashboard pages.

  • Platform & Global Admin: Global control interfaces and macro-management systems.
  • Enterprise Dashboard: Organization-level overview and insights.
  • Manager Dashboard: Team analytics, hiring pipelines, and department-level controls.
  • Recruiters Dashboard: Day-to-day candidate tracking and workflow tools.
  • Candidate Dashboard: User-facing portal for tracking applications and status.
  • Guest Interface & Support Admin: Auxiliary tools for non-core workflows and issue resolution.
  • Interview Management: Calendar scheduling, video call coordination, and feedback.
  • Login & Authentication: Secure entryways tailored for organizations and anonymous pages.
Key Features

What Was Built

  • Enterprise admin dashboards and recruitment management workflows
  • Candidate tracking interfaces and interview scheduling systems
  • Organization management panels and role-based access interfaces
  • Authentication & login flows and support management dashboards
  • Data-focused analytics layouts and modular dashboard navigation systems
  • Scalable design components and enterprise workflow optimization
Challenges

The Problem to Solve

One of the biggest challenges was designing a large-scale dashboard system that remained visually clean and easy to navigate despite having multiple user roles and complex workflows.

The platform required maintaining consistent UI patterns, clear information hierarchy, scalable component systems, enterprise-level usability, workflow clarity, and cross-dashboard consistency. Another major challenge was structuring multiple dashboards while ensuring each user role had its own optimized experience without breaking the overall visual identity of the platform.

Design Approach

How It Was Built

The project was designed using a structured enterprise-first approach focused on usability, scalability, and workflow efficiency. A complete design system was created to maintain typography consistency, spacing systems, color hierarchy, dashboard card structures, navigation patterns, reusable components, form systems, and data presentation layouts.

Special attention was given to reducing visual clutter while keeping dashboards information-rich and operationally efficient. The UI was designed with a modern SaaS-inspired visual language using clean layouts, structured spacing, subtle contrast systems, and productivity-focused interface patterns.

Outcome

The Result

🏆

The final SenseHire design successfully delivered a scalable enterprise dashboard ecosystem capable of supporting multiple user roles, operational workflows, and recruitment management processes through a clean and modern UI/UX experience.

SenseHire stands as one of my most advanced and large-scale UI/UX design projects showcasing enterprise dashboard planning, scalable design thinking, and modern SaaS interface design capabilities. The project reflects my ability to design large-scale systems, create scalable UI components, structure complex workflows, and build multi-role interfaces.
